A valid government-issued ID and credit card are required at check-in.
Full payment (or an authorization for incidentals) will be processed upon arrival.
Late arrivals are welcome with advance notice. Guests arriving after 8:00 PM will receive contactless check-in instructions prior to arrival. In-person check-ins requested after 9:00 PM are subject to availability and will incur a $50 late arrival fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made within four (4) days of the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to one night's room rate plus applicable taxes. Cancellations made within two (2) days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Yes. All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable Massachusetts state and local taxes. Taxes and fees will be itemized on your final bill.
