Welcome to The Berkshire Mountain Inn, where classic New England character meets warm, thoughtful hospitality.
To ensure every guest enjoys a peaceful and comfortable stay, please review the following policies prior to arrival.
No Smoking
The Berkshire Mountain Inn is a 100% smoke-free property.
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in guest rooms, hallways, and all indoor public spaces.
A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of in-room smoking.
Pet Policy
We love pets and are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs under 35 lbs for a nightly fee.
Pets must remain leashed in public areas.
Pets may not be left unattended in guest rooms at any time.
Guests may be held responsible for additional pet fees if their pet causes a disturbance to other guests.
A $300 cleaning fee will apply for any pet-related accidents, excessive cleaning, or damages.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
A valid credit card and government-issued photo ID are required at check-in.
Full payment (or authorization for incidentals) will be processed upon arrival.
Prices & Taxes
All room rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable state and local taxes. Rates may vary by season, day, and room type. Taxes and fees will be itemized on your final bill.
Traveling with Minors
Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Pack ’n Plays are available upon request and must be noted at the time of reservation. We do not offer cribs or rollaway beds.
Accessibility & Special Needs
The Berkshire Mountain Inn welcomes all guests. Please notify us in advance of any accessibility needs or special accommodations, and we will do our best to assist.
Parking
Complimentary on-site parking is available for registered guests. The Berkshire Mountain Inn is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal property.
Dispute Resolution
Your comfort is important to us. If an issue arises during your stay, please contact the front desk immediately so we may address it. Any unresolved disputes will be governed by Massachusetts state law.
Use of Personal Information
Your privacy matters to us. Guest information is collected solely for reservation, communication, and service-related purposes. We do not sell or share personal information except as required by law.
Liability
Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings. The Berkshire Mountain Inn is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items not secured in an in-room safe or provided to management for safekeeping.
Force Majeure
The Berkshire Mountain Inn shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, power outages, or government actions.
Third-Party Rights
These policies apply solely between the guest and The Berkshire Mountain Inn. No third party has the right to enforce any provision.
Waiver
Failure to enforce any portion of these policies does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
Severability
If any provision of these policies is deemed invalid or unenforceable, all remaining sections shall continue in full force and effect.
